Performance for Action Launch Event, part of the Transmediale 2017 Vorspiel, Errant Sound e.V., 17.02.2017 "Performance for Action (initiated by Andrew Noble and Jeremy Woodruff) borrows from the "Soli-Konzert" (Solidarity Concert) format, typically used within small communities of organizers, for the framework of an autonomous group of socially engaged performers. The work seeks to engage the civic commons with media and live performance, raise money (through donations) and awareness, and to kickstart more PfA events with other social justice organizations in the future.
